Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

Please ensure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in their original form. Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way cannot be returned. 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to   infraclicktechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com / infraclickauthorize@gmail.com. 

 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos to help us process your request faster. 

 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns that do not follow these guidelines may be refused. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete, so you know exactly when to expect your refund. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partially meets the return criteria, for example, minor damage or missing packaging, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
