If your cancellation request is eligible, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
This ensures that you still have the flexibility to address any concerns even after shipment.
We currently do not offer modifications for items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need changes, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
